-3y/-3 = -12/-3

y = 4

X-intercept:

5x - 3y = -12

Let y = 0

5x - 3(0) = -12

5x - 0 = -12

(5x = -12)(1/5)

x = -12/5  or x = -2 2/5  or x = -2.4
