You probably meant Liturgy and Devotional Music coming from the Lowlands of Luzon. Religious music of the lowlands of Luzon reveals the impact of Spanish colonization to the Philippines which lasted for almost three centuries(300 years). With that the introduction of Christianity came different Western forms of music that are used for religious rites. (Hence the word "Devotional" meaning "relating to or used in religious services".Some of these were adapted by Filipino musicians to suit Philippine culture and traditions. Some examples are "Pasyon",the "Regina Coeli" performed during Salubong,"Alay" performed during the Flores de Mayo, and "Dios te Salve" performed during the Santacruzan.
